We have a website for a business that has 6 to 8 employees, all of us have the @.com email addresses, some are old school using aol and Hotmail. We tried adding the accounts to Outlook and could not get it to work. I need to set up all of the email under one third party email client and not squirrel mail or the other standard web mail set ups. Is there any other option that I can have these people use? Mobile and desktop friendly? Something maybe that is cloud based that is very easy to use as some of these people are not tech savvy (I being one) , any input is appreciated.
Yes but I am thinking of a paid third party service with an app or super easy configuration. I use thunderbird and love.
