OK the site is at: http://www.tradeproof.com
Background: Its a community site for people with a passion in collecting. Any genre of collecting. I want people to be able to buy/sell/trade collectables in a more personal manner. Not like ebay. A forum type system possibly, still working it out, keen to do it like this forum utilizing the feedback system.

Let me stress the site is not finished and its not yet live.

I do ask that of your keen to review the site then please help me out by testing what i have done so far.
    1. login (work ok to your email?)
    2. "Trade proof gallery" (once registered upload a picture in the gallery and let me know if it was easy/difficult)
    3. Forum ( its a work in progress, but im keen to know your thoughts about the bridge im using, between joomla and phpbb3, does it work? any problems?)

Thats about it for now, as ive stated the forum is still a work in progress as is the rest of this site, if you have any constructive critism then feel free to post.

    Thank you for your time.
Eyebrow, aka admin @ tradeproof.com haha

It looks like you used phpbb2 on your forum instead of phpbb3. phpbb2 is no longer supported. Meaning, if that is phpbb2, you are asking to get your site hacked. But then again, it might be phpbb3 running a phpbb2 skin.

On the home page - I like the layout and colors. Everything has a nice rounded effect that is pleasing to the eye.

It looks like the meta description and the meta keywords are missing from your sites header. You might want to consider an SEO plug in that will give your site better results in the search engines.

Overall the site looks good, but there you might want take a look at the security of your forum and the SEO of the site.

From what it looks like your trying to do, wordpress might have been a better option then joomla. At least wordpress has built in SEO features that will get your site ranked good in google. With the missing meta description and long URLs, you might not score to good in the search engines.

    acknowledge all you've said.
The forum is phpbb3, found it easier to work with a simple style..(my css skills arent so good, gotta keep it simple)
as for the SEO, yes i understand there is no meta data, i have been playing around with a few joomla seo tools, so far none of them are working as they should. I will look into this more.
    Thankyou

    keep them coming people!
