I'm experiencing some slower processing when it comes to placing a reply to thread post or jumping to another section. I don't know if this is the problem because of my ISP but maybe there is something with the server DP is hosted on.
It has been a bit sluggish for about a half hour although its seeming to speed up again. Its not your isp
Something weird definitely has been going on with the MySQL server the last month or so, requiring the mysqld process to be restarted (don't need to reboot the server physically or anything). I just restarted the process again, so hopefully things should be fast again (for awhile). Annoying as hell.

Yes for me to, i have been on the forum for about 5 minutes now and have expierenced multiple long waiting periods for my reply to get posted or a page to show up.
wow .. never had experience something like this before .. it's like i'm surfing with a 14.4 Kbp/s modem
I think mine is on autopilot from the donate thing. I have not run it myself for...I don't even know how long. Should I move over to the KWT forum?
Hehehe... would be nice if that's all it is. It's an issue that I've seen a few other MySQL users having, so at least it's not isolated. Ultimately a MySQL thread "freezes" when it's copying data to a tmp table which causes MySQL to not be able to use its internal tmp tables. I just finished changing a few things in the database server configuration to see if it helps, but I'm doing it mostly so I can tell the guys at MySQL how to replicate it and have them fix it.
