I'm running a network of proxy sites using PHproxy on my dedicated server. The server specs are as follows: Processor: P4 Dual Core 3.0 Memory: 1GB HDD: 160GB SATA Bandwidth: 1,000 GB w/ 10Mbps port Operating System: Centos I also run some blogs on my server. I recently noticed that load time of the blogs is nearly 30-60 seconds. It wasn't like this before and I'm unsure as to what is causing this. It also occurs on one of my myspace resource sites. http://www.samdaves.com/blog << the home page of this site loads fine but when trying to access the blog it just waits and waits and waits http://www.layoutsmart.com/contacttables/Animals/ <<The homepage of this site also loads fine, but when trying to access pages that use PHP it doesn't want to load Anyone have an idea as to what I could do to fix this issue? Thanks in advance, Sam
What version of CentOS are you using? If you are using 5.0 or below, there's probably a problem with the operating system and your ethernet card. Also, what control panel are you using? I'm asking this because this'll help me link the problem to the loading speed.
Hivelocity's support is trying to tell me it loads slow because it has alot of content on it. Pathetic. Its a simple blog ffs.
