    I've noticed this one too.

    Most of my link partners in India are experiencing the same thing.

    What happened? A friend of mine in India said that,

    I don't know if this is true but these words directly came from his mouth(in which he typed over the keyboard.)

    I had the problem here (IN) some two days back and it was like dial up. But now, it is as usual getting faster :cool:
