What I want to do is that slow down my script for posting on my phpbb3 forum... I have created a script for posting on phpbb3 forum and it works great on my localhost but on hosting its not working well since hosting has high speed so database is not able to keep up with the speed so is there any way we can slow down script speed?
Or any other way out it?

You may face the max_execution_time timeout issue if you delay the processing.

Actually, max_execution_time does not count sleep
