Now they've hit a new LOW, oh wow been a customer with NTl + Virgin for over 10 years and this is the worst connection I've ever had, its slower than Dialup, it was fine its been the past week or slow that my download speeds are 3 - 5kb/s, which is just pathetic for a 2MB service, I mean I know they talked about cutting our speed from 4pm, but I only use my PC at this house at weekends, so I login around 5pm, nothing has been downloaded at all through the day, I tried downloading anti virus from download.com, I was astonished at the speed rate, 500bytes/s, I'm sure this is worse than broadband 15 years ago. Not what you'd expect from there fibre optic broadband that they advertise to be so brilliant.
