Hi I am in the middle of building a news site with the name: Knowelty The name is thought to be a combination of the words "knowledge" and "novelty". I need a good slogan for the site though, and would be very grateful for some ideas here from you guys. Thank you very much! Twoism
Thanks! Do you think people will understand the word combination of knowledge and novelty without mentioning both?
"The novelty of knowledge" might be a bit too focused on the knowledge part though.. The site is primarily a news site.
Are you set on the name of the news site? I personally think you could come up with a better name. People speak the names of things they read in their heads when they read them, and although the word when viewed is clearly a combination of the two words, phonetically, the word 'knowelty', sits uncomfortably in the mind. If you say it out loud it doesn't roll off the tongue, and I think that is the problem. Some words spliced together sound and look right, and this maybe doesn't quite work? Just my personal thought, sorry to be negative if you're stuck with it now!
Hi j3rr3my8 thanks for your feedback! I am afraid I am settled on that name though. Personally I still like it
