    This is one of those niches that you were taught not to sell or flip and just keep it to yourself, but I haven't got the time to further develop it the whole 2 years since it was launched.

    I know you guys have your own tools so I won't be posting any other numbers other than what is seen on the screen-shots.

    Just let me know if you need more details and I'll try to get them.

    What keyword(s) is it ranking for? I don't see it on page 1 or 2 for "Sure Fit Slipcovers".

    It's page 3 for both Google and Yahoo. Never updated in 2 years so it can probably go up to page 1 in instant, increasing the income significantly.

    Still for sale?

    If the site is sitting on P3, along with 1 page of content, then how is it generating traffic and income?

    Need to see updated states and verified income.

    None of the advertisers bidding on Adwords for surefit slipcovers are bidding on your site. Why do you think that might be? The adsense ads you have appear to be completely unrelated to the content/topic and low paying so don't understand how it could create adsense clicks.
