slight redesign for a wordpress blog

    can anyone do this small job for me
    i would like the header of my site changed so that it looks like the bottom picture

    i just want the text moving up a bit and a nice box placed were it shows on my dodgy photoshop pic

    if you could blend the box in with the rest of the header that would be great
