Hi, I have 6 accounts in slideshare.net on different categories and recently I received the mails from slideshare team saying that, 5 of my accounts has been suspended as it was found to be in violation of SlideShare's Terms of Service and/or Community Guidelines. But I believe that, I followed their guidelines while using the accounts. So I have sent the review request by using the link https://slideshare.wufoo.com/forms/suspended-users-support-request/ and not received any reply from them. Can anyone suggest what is the solution for this and why it happened? Thanks in advance.
If a site suspended 5 of my submissions, for no apparent reason, I'd deem them stupid and never use them again. I never heard of slideshare until now. Probably millions of people have never heard of them either and never will. So, I wouldn't worry much about trying to reach out to them again if I were you. If what you're saying is true, it means they simply don't want your business. Just move on. There's twitter, pinterest and g+ where you can share your stuff. And using those sites will probably be far more effective anyway.
Slideshare made some changes even the way the slides are displayed. Sure their site gets high volume of traffic and I made few thousands with their document sharing property. One of the changes devastated me and I almost abandoned them. I have 77 articles now with them. That change was making links non clickable in the first to third or fourth slide. That droped my income significantly. And yes they might have that policy of having only a single account. That shouldn't be a problem b/c you can submit unlimited articles/documents. You may want to check https://medium.com which has a very nice article posting service. Their pages also rank good.
I also lost my account yesterday, my ppt was a list of 80+ fb blogging groups list. I had full rights of it too . But they suspended the account. WHY ?
