Slider Creation Problem

    Hey guys and gals. I was wondering if you knew the code to change the slider I have now into a moving slider where the posts will cycle through. You can see it on http://mormonflix.com. I only can see 3 posts and want the user to see all the post. Maybe an arrow to cycle through the posts in a category. Is this an easy fix or do I have to hire someone?
