Selling Slick New PR4 Sports Site

This is tough for me to do, but I am selling a slick website, http://realsportsnet.com . I established it in late November of 2009 and worked on it until it's opening May 1st, 2010. So it has only been going for about 2 months, and over that time traffic has been inconsistent o say the least. So if you are looking to buy a site that you can just watch the revenue add up, this is not for you.

It runs on the CMS Joomla, very simple to figure out. For the first month I used JoomStats but then deleted it because it caused the site to move slow. I then began to use Google Analytics, but accidentally removed it without realizing. However, while it was in effect, the site had some days of amounting over 3,000 unique visitors, but the monthly unique and page views numbers are estimates.

There are three sources of revenue. One is VibrantMedia, which provides the in-text advertisements. I started running these ads on May 13 and from May 13-June 13 (one month) the earnings were $35.77 off of 88 clicks. Another is from the Yardbarker Network. And I truly feel that this is one of the great things about the site. Yardbarker is a very popular website (yardbarker.com) and they feature content from RealSportsNet on their site, and also provide advertisements for us. Their ads are on a CPM base, and from June 4 (when we started these ads) through end of June, the earnings were $15.69 off of 27,894 views and a $0.56 eCPM. And the last thing we have are from CommissionJunction who pay per action, and I have not really promoted any of their products, thus no income.

    With this package comes:

    *Domain: realsportsnet.com
    *All content
    *Twitter (79 followers)
    *Youtube (162 subscribers)
    *Facebook page (113 fans)
*Current advertisements that are on the website (obviously you would switch in your payment information)
*Assistance from me (if you need any help, I'd be more than willing)
*Writers (at least 15 or so writers, who have been working for me out of passion of writing, without any pay. You may choose to keep them, add your own writers, or both).

If you have any questions about this website, please send me a private message and I will get back to you. I spent 5 full months working on the production of this and 2 additional months running it and I think it has potential to go somewhere, but I have become to busy to consistently work on marketing it.

    Thanks!
