I'm looking for a long term programmer who is knowledgeable in css, html, slicing, etc. This project is currently for slicing and programming 1 template (.psd file is already created) PS - Note email marketing templates need to be programmed 'ol school style without divs etc in order to appear across different email marketing platforms (gmail, hotmail, etc).
