I noticed something... that if i drink caffeine ,etc... i can't sleep well during the night. I also notice that if i sleep tired, i wake-up tired, so i prefer not to overwork during my day time.

What about you ? Anybody here known if i am really tired i wake-up after 5-6 hours of sleep!? but if i am not tired i sleep well over the night?!

PS: From another thread i known that most DP people have problems with their sleep

You are actually about a day behind normally on your sleep. So lets say on Sunday you go to bed at 2AM and wake up at 6AM. You then go to bed that night at 9:00PM because you feel tired, you are more likely to feel the affects on Tuesday from your 2AM night than you are on Monday morning.

caffeine is a stimulant so yeah it will make you stay up for longer.

5-6 hours per night isn't a great deal of sleep. You really need about 7-8 hours to function properly.

You can't be tired enough if you need 2 hours before falling asleep. Have a more active lifestyle, when you hit the sick your that exhausted that you fall asleep straight away. If all else fails, have a few shots of strong spirits before bed :D

I have problems sleeping when it's too hot outside.

BTW: For energy drinks, I get "crashes" (deep sleep) right after lol

I think it all depends on what time you sleep. They say if you sleep at 10 pm you will wake up better then sleeping at 5 am.

I haven't slept at 10 pm in years.

I've been a chronic insomniac for the longest time. Probably since I was 9, or at least that's how far back as I can remember.

It's not a good feeling. At all. I can't keep the same sleep schedule for more than 2 weeks. It's constantly changing, either sleeping too much or too little. It's been a huge problem in my life considering it's also been the cause of gradual memory loss. It also triggered a number of other health problems like acid reflux so in the end, it's nothing to boast about.

To say the least I envy those with good sleeping patterns. :\

Aside from coffee, when ever I drink energy drinks at night like extra joss, I can't sleep for hours.
