Typically 7-8. One thing to remember is that it's not just the number of hours you sleep, but it's also the quality of your sleep that matters!
8 hrs sleep is must for recreation/ freshness for next days , but for child its more than 8 hrs necessary.
i usually only get about 7 hours of sleep each night. Mostly because at night I am working on my website 24/7 and in the morning I have to get up really early for school
how can you sleep so short like that?? work to collect money? I will never do that, i will sleep between 7-8 hours a day, because if i slept less than that, the research said my life will be shorter...
