Slave Account Termination Date

    If I set a Termination Date on a slave account it never shows up under "Cancel Accounts" the day it is supposed to be canceled. It only shows up if I change the account type to something other than Slave.

    I also have this problem if I specify a "Hold Date" for a Slave account. The account never shows up under the "Put Customers On Hold" the day it s supposed to be placed on hold.

    Please advise to how I can correct this problem.

    Slave accounts by definition are dependent on the master account for everything (including termination). You would need to make them not a Slave account (change the account type to something else) if you want to terminate them independently.
