Skype for business, anybody using it?

Is anybody here using skype to receive calls? Anybody here using Vonage? I'm trying to get a new 800 number thru Skype and cannot find where they have an option for it.

We use skype to communicate at our office and with our employees that work via tele-commuting.

 

I use skype sometimes, although its not really for business purposes, I love how you can ring landlines and they cant trace a number back.
