I have been reading mixed reviews about Skype and wondered if anyone had any experience or feedback in relation to using the paid for Skype Business packages? Jimbob
Perhaps it's just me, my computer, or my headphones, but I've never really had good consistent voice quality over Skype. It's not that it's bad all the time, but I don't want any noise/interferance creeping in just when I'm in the middle of a business conversation. So that's why I've switched to use Jajah instead. And I've to say the experience has been all good so far. FYI, with Jajah you'll be talking on your regular phone, so for me that's a plus!
We use it and it's fine as long as your line is ok. I have local US phone for incoming calls and unlimited "world" US, CA and bunch of other countries. There are also plug-ins including the one that records all the conversation - great for business.
I have used them for 1 years. Its fine until sometimes that my client complain to me that they cannot call my skype number to make order. I already emailed skype support but they say its not their fault. Now i have switch to other VOIP service.
