Skrill not responding to my emails!

    Is anyone facing the same issue where you emailed skrill for support but they haven't responded to your emails for more than 3days working days?

    Might be your mails are going to spam try contacting them over phone.

    Yup, I gave up on them some time ago though, sadly, I still have an account with some money there. I had an issue with sending funds and sent several tickets/mails about that. The thing with those is that they don't give you any reference number or link so you rely solely on their good will to respond. After 3 unsuccessful attempts I found out that the only possible way to reach them was over the phone (they do have support in many languages so thats a plus for them). Now, the phone operator was not knowledgeable enough to help my particular case, but thats a whole other story. In short - their email/contact systems sucks big time ;)
