Is anyone facing the same issue where you emailed skrill for support but they haven't responded to your emails for more than 3days working days?
Yup, I gave up on them some time ago though, sadly, I still have an account with some money there. I had an issue with sending funds and sent several tickets/mails about that. The thing with those is that they don't give you any reference number or link so you rely solely on their good will to respond. After 3 unsuccessful attempts I found out that the only possible way to reach them was over the phone (they do have support in many languages so thats a plus for them). Now, the phone operator was not knowledgeable enough to help my particular case, but thats a whole other story. In short - their email/contact systems sucks big time
