    as non gambling perpose
    can i use dat money anywhere online or somone can transfer dat money for mee on betting sites( i transfer to user and user transfer in my betting account)

    or any other way

    Betting is illegal in India.. That's all I would say... Although I can't help you on your problem..

    you can use e-money exchangers to transfer to another website from where you can use to send to betting site. i recommend using only trusted websites, not normal users you find on forums. good luck

    if your bank has a swift code then you can withdraw the amount directly to your bank account.

    I believe hat 400 indian rupees cost less than $10, and SWIFT bank transfer cost few times more :)
