Skilled workforce is need of the hour

    The modern economic growth is driver by skills and knowledge that, in turn promotes social development. Skilled human potential makes economy more productive, innovative and competitive. The level of employment and its quality pay a crucial role in the development process.

    Increase in quality of work has direct relation with productivity, which in turn is connected with skill availability of the work force.

    no, i don't think it is copy paste, as there are a few typo in there!
    but then i do agree that this thread is a pretty much waste of time!

    work force may be unskilled, no problem, but then the dedication to learn must be there:)
