Buying Skilled PHP/MySQL Programmer

    I'm looking for a skilled programmer for a project. It's a big project and will need someone fluent in PHP to complete it. Using the latest standards of PHP development I need a CMS created - not from scratch but I'll leave that up to you which framework you use.

    100-200 hours of work I reckon.

    No payments will be made upfront so please don't ask. We can agree on payment terms.

    I have programmed hundreds of great websites over the past 8 years. I own Designz23, and am available for work. I can either use an existing cms, find you one, or build you a new one.
