Selling Ski/Travel Website

This website is earning money through lift ticket sales, ski rentals, lodging ad sales, google adsense, gear/equipment sales. I have sort of lost my steam in building this website after about 1 1/2 years.

The site has been built as almost a zero-maintenance website. It receives about 7800 visitors/month right now. It is capable of about 50-70K monthly visits with the content it has now, it just needs a few more quality links.

With some more elements including web 2.0 stuff you should be able to get 200K-300K visitors/month here. Lodging is the area of this industry where the most value can be found. I haven't been able to implement a solution that really monetizes this traffic well, so that is mostly the reason I am looking to sell this site. In other words, the buyer is likely to be someone who can monetize the traffic here much better.

There are some huge assets here like the photo library with earns some natural backlinks, twitter account with 11K followers, original template that cost about 1,800 usd. As implied above, I have brought on some great partners and affiliate deals in order to monetize all of these niches. There is about 12-15 paying companies in the vacation home rental industry that are listed on this website.
(listed right now anywhere between $49 and $325 for annual packages). Eventually you could just add a zero to those figures.

Selling price would be $10K non-negotiable right now. If you are buying based on 1 years revenue, this website is not for you. Last year of revenue is probably about 2,500.
