I don't think it's black hat, but it's obviously not the type of thing you do with a white one on either. The Idea is simply enough. You get 50 people together, they all vote on particular articles on places like digg, you get front page exposure. You wait your turn and do it again. That's the idea behind I site I stumbled onto from a DP thread around here somewhere. The guy is allowing 50 people total, there are roughly 25 left.
