Skew creating problem in photoshop...?

    When skewing bead necklace image 50 or 70 %, the beads get streched from round to potato shape, in other words round beads go out of shape in the image. How to skew the necklace image while beads remain round shape in the image?

    Not with others. So how best to avoid beads getting stretched and remain in original round position while skewing? Any professional here?

    select the layer - Ctrl T -then- hold Shift+left click & drag
