    @hoodedwebmaster - I totally agree with you, as far was Adsense revenue, it is minimal becuase I have not worked towards marketing the site properly.

    @Mr Baker - Thank you for pointing out the error, it seems that a link at in the footer was misplaced and I have fixed it. As for the content, it is unique, I did not write it myself it was received by other writers and was reviewed before posting for authenticity. The content can be modified by the new owner as they wish. As far as traffic, nothing significant, although the site has pretty good content I never really did any proper marketing to bring in traffic.
