Selling Six sites including legitimate pr 2 and pr 3 sites

It is actually seven websites/blogs **correction to header**

I am new to selling websites so please know that upfront. I will need help transferring everything, so please keep that in mind.

I have 7 websites/blogs that I am looking to sell here.

www.nflpicksandpredictions.com
www.snakesandspiders.com
www.articlewriterz.com
www.carolinapanthersblitz.com
www.panicattackdaily.com
www.getbackwithyourexboyfriend.com

The NFL Picks and Predictions website has a Google Page Rank of 2
The Snakes and Spiders site has a Google Page Rank of 3

They both get traffic from about 50-200 hits a day, and they both bring some nominal adsense income. (about 1-2 dollars per day, sometimes more)

The others have content, but are just really getting started.

What is great about these is that they all have unique content. The content on these sites was personally written by me, and completely unique to the sites.

The football site has about sixty-70 posts
Snake site has about the same.
The others have amounts ranging from a couple to 30-35 or so.

They all have sitemaps, and all the plugins and so on you might find on wordpress.

Most of these still have several months left on Bluehost who I have them with.

Please know that I will need help transferring these, as I have never done so before. payment will be to Paypal only, and will be done half before and half after the transfer.

Below is the channel data from Google Adsense. Sorry for the layout. Anyway, it is per ad unit as you can see. What it shows is the various ads that I tested to find the best combo, and how they performed. Also, earnings and so on. I only included the sites that are included here. I know it is tough to read, but at the bottom it shows the totals and averages. This is for 2009 through today, but keep in mind that most of these sites were not around for the bulk of that time.
