Hello People, Are site wide reciprocal linking considered as link farm? We have two different sites hosted on different IPs. We wish to add site footer links to these website, both linking to each other.
it is not recommended that you do sitewide recip linking between 2 sites. it will not be considered as link farms probably but for sure it will be considered as networked sites. and linking between networked sites doesn't carry much weight. best way is to do one way linking. if you wanna do sitewide, then just do linking from one site to another instead of both sites linking to both. you will be better off that way.
If both sites are related in theme then you can interlink both, make sure to place most relevant page while interlinking. If possible avoid sitewide links...
