sitewide link affect negative or positive SERP??

    Dunno whether is it good or bad to my sites?

    If that site has a good PR and backlinks..then its good..if not..its an waste of time..

    Yes. It depends a lot on the website that you have site-wide links on.
    It can prove to very beneficial as the back-links will count a great deal and will attain the benefit of its popularity. But, if the site is negatively rated and is not popular among the search engine bots, then might have an equally adverse effect on your site.

    If Google 'knows' that both sites are yours, the links will be counting less. Still an excellent way to get a new site quickly indexed. SY
