    Title: Site Voter
    Description: This is a site that IMO had a ton of potential. I worked on it with a buddy, but then got sidetracked by other projects. The site is digg style, but geared towards webmasters who have just created a new website. You submit your site to Site Voter, and the memerbase reviews and ranks your new website.

    This works well for sites because it gives them a free backlink and feedback on their website.

    It's a really cool idea if you think about it.

    The site is powered by Pligg and has a custom logo. We even planned to give out monthly awards for the top voted sites. So that's something you could do.

    It's almost like a directory, but you can rank the sites and get reviews.

    It is PR3, and does get some traffic. Around 150 uniques/month. I've posted traffic stats here: http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/7228/statsya2.jpg

    There is no revenue. No ads have ever been put on this site.

    This domain is also perfect for the site. Sitevoter.com is just awesome. Brandable and easy to remember.

    I'd like to start this one off at $25

    Wait, sorry for asking, but what makes the site worth $85? It's just the default installation of Pligg (which is open source) with one of the default templates (which I created), and the site only has PR3. I'm not saying the sale is a bad deal or anything, I just really wanted to know what makes the site worth $85.
