the site is loading slow for me (2:13am CST) i'd say un-center the "last post" stuff to make it easier to read also - consider putting some adsense or a banner to the left of the login which is currently occupied with that bland white space

Thanks for all your feedback. I will probably do a bit of work on the header soon as a few comments have brought up how empty it is. Other than that, i'm very happy with it. Just need to start marketing it now.
