    I only own the .org. I bought it as a deleted domain. Don't remember exactly when. But it was a business for a while, not related to selling websites or domains. I turned it into a forum for buying and selling websites, domains, ad space, and website related services. Thought that would be better than having it sit idle. It was in the top 10 in google for "sites for sale" for a while without any link backs. But it had too much spam and I didn't have time to maintain it so I shut it down and the site moved down in ranking. It can be used for websites and domains for sale, real estate, etc. This is not an auction. You are welcome to make an offer.
