    I am buying sites for $250 or less.

    Only interested in sites with traffic to it, with or without earnings, but if there is a lot of potential to the site, even if it is new, I will consider buying. You should be able to prove to me that the site indeed has potential. Also please add proofs (adsense,analytics,etc...)
