Selling Sites With Traffic At $40 Each - Include Domain, Scripts, Hosting - Custom Scripts

I'm trying to downsize and so am selling off my side projects, with various niches available.

All sites are expecting PR update, ranked in Alexa, and have unique content.

Indexed by all major search engines and directories, and ranks well for their age on Alexa.

Sold a couple of ad slots a while back, and was generating around $20 a month, but now still making a few dollars everyday from them.

Lack of commitment has seen revenue tailing off recently, so there is lots of potential in these websites.

Looking for just $40 for each site with hosting, domain, scripts, email, etc. - negotiable depending on how many you buy.
