Buying Sites with ORGANIC traffic, 8+ months old, budget X,XXX

We are looking for ALL types of sites EXCEPT: gambling, Forex, licensed forums, drop-shipping, image/file hosting, warez. Think: wallpaper, streaming video, any sort of digital product, affiliate sites, niche articles/information, myspace accessories/layouts, GPT, bid sites, Adsense, ect.. Whether your site is worth XX or low X,XXX, we are interested in it - Earning or not!

What we WANT are sites with great potential to be ranked higher, and monetized better with little-to-no maintenance thereafter. We're looking for fixer-uppers, you could say.

What we MUST have from you:

-8 months+ established
-Mostly organic traffic from Google (even if traffic is low)
-Access to the site's Analytics
-Proof of revenue (if any)
-Ability to speak with us on the phone/skype
-US. Residency
-Scan of ID
-iTrader of 5+ AS A SELLER

We are NOT looking to buy up sites on-the-fly so be prepared for a process lasting a few days or better. This is to protect us as buyers. I'm wondering why you just accept us seller? Do you think ppl outside us not qualified for that. I doubt.

Seller must be US so they are under US federal law, and to avoid language/culture barriers amongst other potential complications (overall, it's easier and safer to buy from citizens of our own country). Budget is low X,XXX, as stated. Thank you.

I have a website. It isn't 8+ months old and receive little organic traffic but is marketed enough to receive traffic. traffic is targeted and i started in on Feb. 08 of this year and already has made over $300. it is a GPT site. My site is listed on Flippa therefore i can't list it here but since I've been building back links it has been gaining rank in the search engine. in yahoo my site is ranked #2 for it's search term. In Google it's still doing the Google dance as i am constantly building back links for it until it is sold to give the buyer a good advantage.
