    I have a site with great potential but not current revenue.

    Because the site has no rev, I doubt that I will get enough to let it go.

    It is a free theme site that used to have first page rankings for terms like "free blog themes".

    I have not done much of anything to promote it in years.

    Could be used to sell footer links.

    i have my health site, www.tenantgateway.com
    the domain is nearly one year old and still have one year.
    the blog was a different one. it used to be a blogger blog, which has its posts from apr this year, then i changed to wordpress. assume less traffic as i didnt promote it anywhere.
    nearly 15+ urls have been indexed by google, all the urls are indexed. i am posting at a rate of 2 posts per month. you can monetize with all the ways. as i dont have adsense, i dont have those shots
