Sites with mild nudity and AdSense

I am new to AdSense in that I have never signed up. I have managed to put together a couple celebrity related sites.

I have seen that people seem to make lots of money with AdSense. I had never used it, due to some brief nudity that appears on some of my sites.

Anyway, I was pretty content to make money with AFF and AdBrite, but felt I was missing the boat without AdSense.

Now, I see sites that I visit, with regular showings of nudity, and they proudly display Google AdSense Ads.

I want to know how this is accomplished? Is there some rule I am missing or are they somehow flying under the radar?

Both are celebrity sites, with photos and or gossip.

There is NO direct nudity on the main page of either site.

    pinkdevils. de .vu

If I have done anything wrong by posting these links, let me know and I will edit them out. Again, there is nothing inappropriate for work on the main pages of either sites.

I think it's a matter of degrees -- if there's one mild nude photo (suggested, but not showing anything, like those Vanity Fair "nude" shots) then it's probably okay. Probably. Also, take into consideration that there are millions of Adsense publishers, and if no one alerts Adsense to the presence of nudity, Google won't care to check. It's impossible to have a human being check every page, because that's what it would take. I bet you if you reported those sites, pointing to the exact url/page that has Adsense ads and the nudity, those guys will either get reprimanded and told to remove the nudity/Adsense, or be banned.

I don't care to report people, that ain't going to make me any money.

Anyway, I guess I assume that they apply for an account before the nudity appears, and like you say, if no complaints are made, Google isn't going to go looking for violators.

Both sites show far more than 'vanity fair' nudity, in my opinion.
