    Most of visits must be from search engines. Advantage's have those sites on which owner didn't work for a while, no new posts etc.

    I have a site for medic.

    Domain name : medicprof.info
    Traffic came from : Google and when i share post on other site.
    Site have PR1 and meybe in next update will be 2 or 3 .
    From this site i got 2 check : 108 $ and 119 $.
    When i post something on blog i get more visits and i earn more than 5 $ on day.
    Reason why i want to sale is : i dont have time to manage site.

    i have wallpapers sites for sale, that makes more than that, how much are you willing to pay for PR1 site 200 vist day $2 TO $8 day.

    It is better to mention your offer on the threads. I believe a lot of people own sites that meet your criteria - but they are hesitate since the offering price is not mention earlier.
