Buying Sites with authority and earnings in photoshop and WP/Ecommerce niche

Hello Fellow members,

Looking for website with following criteria:
1. Niche - Hosting & Web, Image manipulation or design related, Theme reviews - WP, Magento, Open cart etc
2. Earnings - Basically with adsense, buysellads or isocket (share the earning proof with your submission)
3. Alexa - preferably under 100 K
4. PR - 2+ (not a big factor though)
5. Age - age and earnings should be stable for few months, age anything more than 10-11 months

I wont be looking for other niches, wont be looking for websites with no traffic/earning data, sites where all traffic is via referrals. You are welcome to share the web urls on thread or privately. And between, in order to avoid few extra updates, looking for $XXX to $XX,XXX websites and not $XXX,XXX, so if you think your website is beyond the range, please hop on to next thread
