Buying Sites with Adsense Revenue - (Consistent Revenue 3+ Months) - Any Niches

    Hello,

    We are looking to buy Websites / Blogs with current Adsense revenue. Now, we are not interested in Niche as this doesn't really matter to us, but we do have a HIGH requirement on the following:

    • Must be at least (1) Year Old
    • Revenue MUST be Consistent for at LEAST (3) Months
    • Must have Analytics
    • Must be a .com or .net
    • Must have 100% Unique Content
    • Must be a Content Management System

    I dont' really have one. My budget is going to be determined by the site, potential, current revenue, etc.
