    As the title says
    Looking to buy simple sites (not complicated backend) with following guidelines to be kept in mind and followed:
    1. Unique Content with atleast 10 articles
    2. html or any cms managed
    3. Adsense revenue should be in the range of 0.5 to 1.5 $ per day with screenshots
    4. Should be targeting a specific niche and not general sites / blogs
    5. Details of keyword targeted / traffic for the keywords targeted
    6. Traffic Stats screenshot

    Any other useful information that you think can spike the prices for you:D
