Cant help but think that some are a bit overpriced. Would take 2 years to get back my investment on these.

 

Most of these sites I paid more than what I'm asking for (except for those sites that I've created).

They are for people who know how to spot the value of these sites.

Many of them are EMD, authority sites with sitelinks. Try to promote your own sites with SEO and see how much you spend getting authority status.

For those who understand what it takes to build profitable sites, they will see that the prices are reasonable.

I am, of course, open to negotiation, but not much. So no low-ballers please.

 

I am interested in tagalogsongs site. It needs design refresh + new content though. Do you have GA or statcounter statistics? What about revenue proof? You have any?
I assume that you removed ads, because i can see big empty spaces for ads?

Mostly visitors are SEO guys submitting sites. All traffic and submissions are human as I've added some custom code to prevent automated submissions.
Automated submissions can cause your site to crash.

In your original post, you mentioned for revenue "used to earn". What does it earn now? What revenue streams? Site links for what keywords? Those Analytics are for your Android site. it's not really what the site used to earn, invested, etc, but what it's actually earning.

The earnings stated are what you will earn when you place your ads on it. They are not earning now because I don't have adsense anymore. You can see sitelinks by search for domain name in search engines.

 

You have no proof of that. There's Adsense code in the HTML, so I guess you were banned. For all I know, it could have been to do with that site. No thanks. Investing a lot in businesses without revenue ended in 2000.

For those interested. Just send me PM for more stats, traffic proofs, etc. Note that the earnings claimed are conservative claims. If you look at the traffic, you know that you can achieve those numbers.

Ryan didn't even ask me why or how my account was closed. If he did, he would be able to ascertain if there is anything to do with this site. So I guess he isn't interested to find out more.

I'm sure there are others who are more attune to the opportunities presented here.
