Buying Sites with $5-10 residual income, Proxy, AutoBlogs with Real traffic, Forums, Arcades

Looking for Websites which generate between $5-10/ month consistently. Using Adsense or alike. Looking for proxy sites, as well as proxy database/top sites with good traffic (income not as important). Will invest in Blogs that require no maintenance and have solid traffic and profits, forums with active users, and arcade sites which can generate $5-10/ Month

Budget will vary depending on the domain name, length domain has been registered, traffic, income, content (quality). The more of these things your sites meet the higher my budget will be. I am a serious buyer and would be willing to pay 4-8 months (income) for the site.

If you own a proxy top site or database with solid traffic I am also interested in this as well. I am also open to other options that require no maintenance, so if your site type is not listed here feel free to send what you have as well.
