    Advertising (learn more)

Advertise virtually anything here, with CPM banner ads, CPM email ads and CPC contextual links. You can target relevant areas of the site and show ads based on geographical location of the user if you wish.

Starts at just $1 per CPM or $0.10 per CPC.

Sites where I didn't notice the Adsense.

Delvin, do some changes. It would work better for you if you removed the right table with the ads and add an 728x90 on the top of the page.

Then, in the middle of the content you could add some link units that stand out of the blue text (red, orange, yellow)

In the bottom of your page you could add another 728x90 or a 468x60. I think you would increase your CTR that way. In your case, with lots of text, it's better to have ads that stand out rather then the ones that blend in.

Putting arrows towards the G adsense ads is possibly against the TOS. I would as G personally, but I'm pretty sure you can not do that.

alang, looks great and I can barely see the adsense. I wonder though if the camoflage would not be even more complete if you divided your own posts in two.

I don't have a problem with the ad placement.

But, I am surprised you haven't received a Cease & Desist from Toyota's US lawyers. The probably havent found your site yet.

Is it ok to create a subdomain using another company's brand/model name?
...not sure, will search now as this topic has probably been covered already.

    Hi Alang

Right now your material goes right across the column. The Google ads go side by side:

    You ---------------------------------
    Google ----------------- ---------------

    What I am suggesting is

    You ---------------- ----------------
    google ---------------- ----------------

    I hope that is clear.

Thanks Nokia 999 - I'm not sure my placement is anywhere near as good as the others mentioned in this thread. They perform pretty poorly to be honest - largely due to the ad savy readers that I have. A blog that talks about adsense will never really do too well I suspect :) It's not the point of the site really anyway but thanks for the compliment

    Ok, cool. I get it.

I wasn't sure the order in which Nokia999 linked to your site and when you posted your entry about this thread.

Some great examples of clever adsense use here. Think I'll have another look at the nav style on my new site ;o)

That's pretty crafty at the bottom. The table height cuts off the "ads by gooooogle". Not sure if it's legal though, but you can't tell they are google ads.
