Buying Sites w/ Earnings | 6 Months Proof Minimum | Multiple Niches

    We are in the market to purchase some more sites for our network. Now, while we are a serious buyer in the market we also have very high standards for the type of sites that we purchase. We are NOT looking for cheap sites that don't perform, we are looking for sites that are going to produce a revenue and will continue to produce revenue for as long as we own them and ones that do not have any penalties or been penalized by Google in the past.

    Please take a look at the below requirements that we require for our sites, if you have sites that meet these requirements please us know:
    • Sites AT LEAST 6 Months Old
    • Traffic & Revenue Stats for AT LEAST 6 Months
    • 100% Unique Content - Pass Copyscape
    • Never Been Penalized via Google
    • Currently Receiving Organic Traffic
    • .com domain name (no .info, .net, or .org)
    • Screenshots to Prove Above Standards
    • Must have Skype (will require once we start communicating)

    I have payday loans site, which have made about $15k in the last 12month since today ($13k can be verified). Last month $3,256/This month $1,272

    But... in the history it had little position bumps after google updates
