Sites using PayPal to Pay

Do any of you know of any affiliate/CPM sites that use PayPal to pay? I used to use Eefoof, which became Vume (and is now defunct) a while back. They'd pay $1.00 for every 1,000 hits. Users could upload pictures, videos, flash animations, and sounds. Does anyone know of any good sites like this? I'm asking here because Google searching does not bring up anything of interest.

Well, with Vomba we have to install thing and get people to install them. I just want to earn from people looking at the content.

 

I would never install anything or even promote it. There are a few good ones that pay paypal in my sig.
