Try this in Google. Type , add link "Your niche", and you will find lots of sites with reciprocal offerings. Some are automated some are not, but it will reveal the relevant ones. Best of luck

One of the .edu sites that I came across in my research does that. It's not immediate, but they reciprocate for everyone who has a link to them on their site. Boston University, maybe? I can't remember.
