    -Adsense sites only, no sites that violate Adsense TOS.
    -Making 5-30/m for at least 3 months with proof
    -Organic traffic only, if you pay for traffic I don't want it.
    -If site has a history over a year at the same rate, I will pay 9x that rate for a BIN.
    -Paypal only
    -You must set up site on my hosting (will have an affect on price)
