    I'm looking to buy sites that make around $1-$5/day.
    Here are the requirements:

    • Site must be 6+ months old with 3+ months of consistent, provable income
    • Must be a technology, gaming or real estate theme
    • No proxy, torrent or porn

    Please be prepared to prove earnings/visitors.
    Budget is up to $750/site depending on income & quality of the site.
